Terms & Conditions of Booking

Check-in/Check-out Policies

Check-In is open between the hours of 2pm until 10pm.

You must check-out of your room by 11am on the morning of your leave.

 

Late check-in and check-out may be arranged by contacting us.

Property and Cancellation Policies:

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We understand that circumstances may change and we will not make a charge for cancellations made up to midday on the day before arrival. If you make a cancellation after this time or you have opted for the non-refundable rate, a charge will be made in full.

Terms and Conditions

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival.  After that time it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned.  We reserve the right to take payment of the booked stay period or part of it.
You have to be 18 yrs old to reserve a room. Photo ID may be on check in for you and/or your guests
We offer competitive rates which may be subject to change.
Late checkouts may be requested, although we may not always be able to accommodate. A charge may be made.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages found after departure.
Reception is between the hours of 7am until 10pm. If early departure or late check in is required please let us know.
Check in is at the main entrance at the front of the hotel.       
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances in our hotel.


PARKING POLICY

  • We have a large hard standing car park at the rear of the hotel for the use of guests, however we do not accept responsibility for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.

  • The car park is covered by surveillance cameras, so should anything be amiss we will look at the footage subject to GDPR rules.

  • Parking is free to guests however please register your vehicle immediately on arrival.

  • Please let us know if you plan on leaving your car in our parking area.  We reserve the right to tow vehicles at your expense.

 

SMOKING POLICY

  • The Entire building is non smoking and this includes traditional smoking methods and vaping etc. If your room is found to have smoking scents an additional fee will be charged.

 

STANDING BOOKING PRICE

  • When making a reservation you at booking a room type and not a specific room.  We will endeavor to provide a preferred room when requested but this may not be possible due to availability.

 

EXTENDING YOUR STAY

  • We would be delighted to extend your stay if required however the same room may not be available

 

COTS

  • Travel cots are available at an additional fee of £10 subject to availability.  Please let us know your requirements when booking

 

PETS POLICY

  • Pets are not permitted under any circumstances in our hotel. If you are found to have a pet in your room an additional fee will be charged for cleaning.

 

ROOM POLICY

  • Please note any room issues to reception immediately after reservation.

  • Breakages or damage will be charged to your card at market value.

  • Please be considerate to other guests through out the night so that they are able to sleep.

  • Whist we are happy to receive packages on your behalf we will not be held responsible for any breakages or losses.

  • We do not accept food deliveries so please ensure that you give your contact details to the provider.

 

DISABILITIES

  • The bar and restaurant within our premises is wheelchair accessible.

  • Please note that our rooms are not wheelchair accessible.

 

GUEST SAFETY POLICY

  • As part of our commitment to guest safety and comfort, our staff will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest other than to an officer of the law.  

  • It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence or room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.

  • Safety cameras are used throughout the premises and anyone on our property may be recorded.
